The proper and businesslike way to act would be to post a picture, made in Paint, on Facebook of a full commode and Bill with "head stuck to toilet for 5 HOURS!" in big block letters while pimping the SOAWN dvd.

Lol! I read one of DF's post that he prefers to sell in large quantities over mailing out 200 copies of any particular title, well I had 2 other titles in my basket I was going to purchase alongside SOAWN and have since removed them. DeFalco if you prefer to sell the gravy to eBay scalpers instead of the entire meal that's your business, but what a poor business decision it is. I am sure many were about to purchase more than one title with that new release so in actuality you lost money by not restricting it to one copy per customer. I took my money over to Vinegar Syndrome and purchased 3 of their pre-orders. Good luck with that kind of business decision DF!

I wouldn't be surprised if some of the full time pro scalpers had a host of names, email addresses, and po boxes to get around such limits even when imposed.

But system can always be improved. Id make it 2 per customer myself for a gift etc, 1 a bit strict.

I don't agree in a limit, with a company like Code Red that is struggling financially they should do whatever they need to do to sell the most copies possible. If that means selling to fleabay hoarders then so be it.

People buying that way are likely desperate for cash for a bill or a bookie or something. They could probably get a better deal in bulk directly from DF/CR rather than paying store price.

Eh, I don't know. Wasn't Bill found by his brother recently after he fell? I knew someone else who in the last year or 2 of his life was prone to these types of incidents. The situation hits too close to home for me to just toss it off like that. Not saying it did or didn't happen, but I don't have a reason to dismiss it at this point.

I don't think anyone's disputing Bill's health is bad. It's the "head stuck next to a toilet for five hours" part that has people skeptical, not to mention the "paramedics paralyzed his hand by yanking hard" claim, which if true would indicate that Bill was rescued by the world's most incompetent EMTs.

I wasn't going by Dark forces post that he's hospitalized for falling into a toilet and getting his head stuck. I know he has serious medical conditions but didn't know he's in the hospital for real. You would think if he was, his best friend wouldn't be making a mockery out of it. If he really is hospitalized then I hope he gets well! Love that crazy banana!

I trust what Blu Titan is telling us, but this means that DeFalco isn't Bill's best (friend) as some may want to believe. Quite frankly, if Bill is in the hospital with serious health conditions then DeFalco needs to immediately drop the marketing gimmicks at Bill's expense and needs to stop these live streaming hospital visits. None of those benefit Bill and if he cared about Bill at all he would stop.

But besides Bill's health, I'm sure Bill has other things to worry about that he shouldn't have to worry about at this time such as 1) paying to replace the door that was supposedly knocked down, 2) being evicted from his apartment if it was still in the condition as previously shown, and 3) more importantly, did anyone secure his apartment so his stuff doesn't get stolen.

I would have expected that DeFalco would have secured Bill's apartment/belongings as necessary.
