I ordered Hancock ($13.99) and was charged on Jan 29. I received it today, Feb 9. Not super speedy, but not too bad. Definitely acceptable for the price paid. So far, so good.

depends on how many your get on the first order, but that is pretty much the deal I fulfilled mine within the first 2 orders.

No...as I mentioned I spoke with a rep (live chat on their site) and they told me "W." was out-of-stock. It never says any status of stock on the web site. You either have to e-mail and ask or ask a live rep.

I dont know if its worth joining. I dont want to wait a month for my blu-rays to come in. That really sucks and from what i have seen in this forum the sometimes cancel your order. I hate when that happens, i hope at least they let you know that it has been canceled.

I might have my first complaint with CH.

I joined with there 7 blues for good price deal. Two of the blu rays went on back order.

I asked them if they have an eta and they responded saying it is on the way and one would be free but the other will cost $22.50.

I don't remember exactly but I am pretty sure the total bill for the ones I ordered wasn't even $22.50.

I wrote back so we will see what happens.

Up to this point though I have been happy with shipping times and service.

hey guys heres a little tip that you should all enjoy!

if backordering, or out of stock items is an issue, print out a page with the price, bring that page to future shop, and they will not only match it, but beat it be 10%. i got kung fu panda, hancock, and lake view terrace for ...DRUM ROLL.......$12.59 each!!!! Hope that helps!

noway dude. not that i dont appreciate the headsup but i myself have been to futureshop and bestbuy and asked them both to pricematch chcanada and they said they would not because their an online retailer and do not have a retail outlet store. so i dont know how you were able to do it. maybe the person that was helping you just didnt know what they were doing, but you defiantly got lucky there.

*** on a sidenote: i just received my order of saw V today which i placed about 3 days after it was released and was back ordered then. so looks like their getting pretty good with getting the shipping to ppl quickly

most times you get them within a week, but some big titles seem to take longer sometimes. I'm usually not in a big hurry if I can get them cheap.

I ordered Passchendaele on Feb 5, got it today. Pretty good service. I am just going to order movies from them now, wait until they go to 13.99.

hey, ive done it multiple times at futureshop. one time the manager even checked the website for me and okayed it. no problem at all as it is in their policy that they will match online canadian retailers as well as stores. Thats the reason they do amazon.ca as well. also if you are having a hard time, walmart has done it for me also at the customer service desk.

Same here. I still have 20+ BDs I have yet to watch from the 60% off plus free shipping sale last year. Once the shipping fee is lifted, I plan on pulling the trigger on 20-30 more.

good luck! lol...just incase you live in the area (which i doubt lol) i went to the futureshop in richmond hill, ontario.

Cardman, futureshop in Ajax has always price matched for me. I have never had to argue with them or anything, but I have never tried to match CHcanada, not yet at least. Best buy is where I have had lots of problems with.
