Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy Of 1st 3 Games Coming To All Systems

CAPCOM announced during a livestream at the Tokyo Game Show 2018 event on Saturday that it will release the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy (Gyakuten Saiban 1 2 3 Naruhodō Selection) game for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC (via Steam) in early 2019. CAPCOM USA confirmed the game will get an English release in early 2019, and is also streaming an English trailer.

The trilogy will compile the first three games in the Ace Attorney franchise. CAPCOM released the trilogy in Japan on the Nintendo 3DS in April 2014 and then released it in December 2014 in North America and Europe.

The first Ace Attorney anime series premiered in April 2016 and covered the first two games in the franchise. Crunchyroll streamed the anime as it aired in Japan, and Funimation released the anime on home video in two parts in January and May. A second season will premiere on October 6 in Japan, and Funimation will stream a simuldub for the series.

A release date has been set for Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy by Capcom. People with a Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, or PC will be able to grab a digital copy for their platform of choice on April 9, 2019. They will then be able to play Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Justice For All, and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Trials and Tribulations with high resolution graphics and with 10 save slots for each game. A truth gauge and quick saves will also be available for the first time.

As an aside, the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy‘s initial languages are English and Japanese. Both are even immediately available in the Japanese version of the game. However, a post-launch update will add French, German, Korean, and Traditional Chinese as language options.







The first three Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney games originally appeared on the Game Boy Advance in Japan. They then appeared on the Nintendo DS, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo 3DS, and Apple iOS devices worldwide. They will come to the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on April 9, 2019 in North America and Europe on April 9, 2019 as Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy. They are already available on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in Japan, with physical copies available for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.
