With the proliferation of websites loaded with underqualified "journalists" writing about anything and everything, I wonder how many people even know what an actual article is anymore. Because a lot of people sure like to support and defend poorly researched (or never researched) nonsensical opinion pieces just because they think it's "woke" or because the other side is "fake news."

Some journalists blog. Not every blogger is a journalist.

You can easily stick your foot under the spout in the bath tub and wash it off. It won't be so easy washing piss off a shoe

Sure, but you have to wait until they dry out. If you piss on your foot, all you do is wash it off in the tub. Ten seconds. Plus, washing shoes in a machine always runs the risk of damage to the shoe and the machine, not to mention if the shoe doesn't dry out completely they'll smell.

what gets me is i keep hearing the word "woke" being used incorrectly. it is the past tense of the verb wake. i guess it's just another way for them to sound "hip" and "edgy". but it just sounds moronic, to me.

It's part of a trend where dumb people shorten words/phrases. "woke" is supposed to be "woke up" as in "He woke up to the realization that he's been wrong this whole time."

Another of these dumb shorteners is "drag" as in "His name was dragged through the mud." but now these people just say "He got dragged" or simply "Drag him"

And then these morons go around saying "We invented a bunch of new words" and it's like, no you didn't. You just added new, dumber, definitions to words that already existed.

I always wondered why dress shirts have extra buttons that don't do anything attached to the bottom and it didn't hit me until recently: they're replacements in case one of the regular buttons fall off. That's one mystery solved LOL
