He's got the skill set to mesh with Dak very well, which is exactly why they traded for him. Cooper, Gallup, Hurns, Witten and Elliott with Dak taking off from time to time is probably a top 10 offense. Jerry about to back up the Brincks truck for Elliott, Coop and Dak.

I hope he does. Zeke is a sound investment, provided he can stay out of trouble. Dak and Cooper...still believe they are fools gold.
Still have to pay Lawrence. Dude looks like he’s prepared to sit out this year.

He hasn't even had his back surgery yet because he's planning to skip camp and pre-season. I still think he gets paid, no longer 100% sure it will be by us. Dak is...Dak. He's a leader but limited as a passer, the return of Witten and Fredbeard will be huge for him.

Oh...uh...some undrafted guy named Adam Thielen is about to become filthy rich, too.

Also Watkins is a bit inconsistent but he's a lot closer to being a #1 WR than his teammate Hill, who's more of a #2.

Witten had his worst season as a pro....2 years ago. Maybe a year in the booth will help him out, but the odds are against it. That’s why his deal has so many “games played/games started” escalators.

Witten still had better numbers in 2017 than all 4 of our TEs had put together last year. That's embarrassing. I think he's pretty much a stopgap this year, so I'd still sign someone like Cook and go DE or 1T in the 2nd round.

That’s not a good argument.
He will be 37 when the season starts, assuming he makes it through camp/preseason. If all else fails, he can always block.

Yeah they did absolutely nothing to fix the TE situation after Witten retired. Schultz wasn't the answer and Gathers is a joke. Jarwin is a decent TE2, as is Swaim.

So in order to sign Foles, Jax had to release 2 guys on defense and 2 on offense.
