I didn't see that Dorsey and Perriman's agent agreed to go their separate after the verbal agreement. Can't blame Perriman for wanting out after the trade.

Man that OBJ news was a shocker

A bit disappointed that the Niners have done pretty much nothing so far

Good for the Jets. They were about to be the new Browns.

Bell to the Jets seems about right...

(When will teams stop overpaying for running backs?!)

ETA: Don't get me wrong: Bell will still be one of my go-to DF options, mainly because of his versatility.

But, he's been out for how long....? And his position gets injured how often...? Just sayin'.

Incredible offseason. Most years it's completely dull with nobody moving anywhere.

The Browns traded FS Jabrill Peppers to the Giants in the Odell Beckham trade and now have a hole on the back end of their defense. What better way to fill it than signing arguably the top defensive free agent left on the market. Thomas' market has been quiet thus far in a loaded safety class, but things might be coming together for Thomas to join the star-studded Browns squad.

Le’Veon Bell rejected a 5-year $70 mil offer from the Steelers. He then sat out a year losing $14 mil. Then he signs for 4-years $52.5 mil.. $13.1 mil a year..

A pretty damn good team imo, possible a playoff contender and maybe more. Perfect time to make a move like this when your QB is locked into short money.

Either Bell's agent did a terrible job predicting the market or Bell is just stubborn and didn't listen to advisors, but abject failure is the only way to describe Bell's actions over the last year. Bell was never getting the $17 million he desired and sitting out a year only decreased his value.

The Dee Ford pick up has potential, makes up for the questionable Alexander signing. It would have been nice to have a #1 like OBJ, but our defense needs more help than the offense. I would be ecstatic if we could somehow land Earl Thomas, coupled with another edge rusher in the draft (Quinnen Williams would be nice too), and the defense is looking much, much better.

I wake up today and wonder....wtf are the Giants doing?
They basically paid OBJ over $20mil for one year.

It seems like there's a very good chance the Browns are the Patriots opponent for their opening game after yesterday. The Steelers and Giants aren't nearly as attractive anymore and they'll likely want to save the Cowboys and Chiefs for later in the season and a prime time debut (whether Thursday or Sunday) for Beckham's debut with Cleveland would surely draw a lot of viewers.
