I just finished watching the movie last night, and it was very good and very calm and very relaxing watching it. I think Tamako Love Story and A Silent Voice were still better than this movie, but Liz and the Blue Bird still stands tall. It took me 40 mins to finally realize that this movie takes place after Season 2 of Hibike Euphonium. I thought it took place during the Jr. days for these two main characters.

As for the video quality, impeccable. I saw nothing wrong with it, no color banding, macro blocking or any of that stuff. The video size for the movie was just under 24 GiB, fully utilize the BD 25 disc space. I couldn't rip the movie since DVDFab is now outdated in order to get the bitrate count.
