Thanks, forgot I actually owned it! Should have qualified it by saying a "decent" DVD, as that was a 4:3 transfer from what looked like an old home video master. And there was no DVD of it here at all.

Hopefully it ends up streaming somewhere. Kino was probably the only chance we had of getting a quality presentation for it.

Some great (I mean really great) prices there. Too bad I have a tendency to grab most everything on or about the street date and not wait for sales. I guess I should.

Grab The Earthling if you haven't already. It's a steal at $11.99. House On Long Shadows, featuring a bunch of top horror stars of yesteryear, is a lot of fun. Ooh, Just saw Losin' It for $11.99 - I'm definitely grabbing that one. Lots of great stuff there - have fun!

That was the easiest sale for me, they had the Road movies for $12 ea and Volumes 3 & 4 of Pink Panther for $10.

Had to place an initial order for the four original Bob/Bing ROAD movies. Their absence from my collection since I traded off the DVDs has been nagging at me. I threw in MALICE to get over the free shipping threshold. (Love that "God complex" speech of Baldwin's, even though the movie is "eh".) I'll place another order after payday. Definitely have to get that fourth volume of Pink Panther cartoons...

I know these sales can be a bit random but I was hoping there’d be some markdowns harder to say no to. Specifically was hoping for The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes, Witness for the Prosecution and What a Way to Go!. Plus maybe They call Me Mr. Tibbs and The Organization. But no luck; all remain at their typical prices. Oh well. Just posting a pointless complainy post. Hopefully Black Friday this year will be better!

I think they’ve explained this before... they had to stop doing it because it’d be way too much of a financial hit for the prices they’re offering.
