Is true that the BD-P2500 has a HQV chip and the BD-1500 does not?

If so...is it worth extra $100?

Yes its the Reon HQV chip. It does a fantastic job upscaling DVDs. The BD-P1500 does not have the Reon chip to my knowledge. Having not compared this upscaler to any other one, I cannot say if it is worth $100 more. What the BD-P2500 does have that the BD-P1500 doesn't have that I am positive of is netflix VOD streaming.
