According to AmishParadise's data, only the single disc DVD's special features have been carried over. I have the 2 Disc Special Edition DVD that was widely available in Ireland and the U.K. (in the U.S. it was a Wal-Mart exclusive named Gromit's Tail-Wagging DVD, now going for silly money on amazon).

Quite boring cover art (if it is final!) compared to the theatrical poster:
![]() or the DVD: ![]() Anyhoo, it's the inside that counts (the most) and I'm happy it's finally being released. However, like with the previous round of Chicken Run, Shark Tale, Over the Hedge and The Road to El Dorado (as well as Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas and Flushed Away from this round) I'll be getting the Nordic release as they come with, most importantly, Danish and Swedish language options in addition to English and have a release price of 99 SEK (~$10.70 USD)! |

The cover art matches the current trend of family movies released by several studios, where one or several of the main characters' faces over a plain background. Disney, Fox, Warner, etc. have been doing this style for years for their reissues of family movies.

![]() ![]() Agree about the US releases of these DW titles. A gradient with a couple of the characters slapped on the front, truly inspiring. Agree also though, it's what's inside that counts. ![]() |

I was thinking the same thing. A nice compromise would have been to go with the existing front cover art for the slips only, the actual cover art being more in line with the original DVD cover art or Blu-ray cover art used outside the US such as Japan release of this I own.
