Well technically it’s not really an “PS4 Exclusive Limited Edition”, it’s just that the PS Vita version will remain unlocalized and Steam is a download service. Very rarely does Steam users get these kind of things. You have to get the Heart’s Desire Premium Edition to get that.

The premium edition is priced at $80 and releasing on Sept. 3.
