I guess sbs is half resolution so expected. I avoided half res 3d, active, and now 4k... Passive 1080p, no thanks...

It would have been nice to have seen the proper 3d for this. Unfortunate.

He's exaggerating, IMO. The picture IS soft, but it's far from unwatchable on my 92" screen (sharp enough to still easily read the text documents and computer screen readout text at the beginning (doubt that would be legible at SD resolution). Visually, it looks somewhere between 480 and 720, closer to 720 IMO. I think it's technically 970x1080 possibly minus the letterboxed area (don't know if it was anamorphic on Sky). I watched part of it last night (with Atmos added) but had to get dome sleep and the 3D was spectacular. If you can't stand anything less than 1080p or need 4K to be happy, you won't want it. If 3D is important to you, though....

I tested the disc I made on my own on my 100" screen, if it's using the same SBS file from the internet, it is soft but it's hardly unwatchable at that size. At regular TV size, it'd be far more acceptable though. I watched the last 25 minutes and was engaged enough during those action scenes that the softness wasn't distracting enough for me. Might help if you don't watch anything in HD immediately before you pop it in, that way your brain might be palate cleansed of the possibilities and will be less likely to be disappointed.

I wouldn't pay for it but that's because I have the capability to do it myself. Paying for something certainly increases expectations as well.

I seriously hope you aren't the one who left a negative feedback but stated in the feedback that you got the refund.

You're in the UK, so you can buy a legit Mission Impossible Fallout in 3D today from Virgin Media for much less than the Greek guy is charging, and maybe get better quality as that's the stream the Greek guy used/ripped it from. If you don't support the actual stream, the Greek guy won't have anything to pirate in the future lol

And if you're not in the UK...oops. What happens if Virgin Media decides to ditch all their 3D content one day? Or they shut down their streaming n general, get bought out and/or go out of business? The same applies to Vudu in the US. That's the problem with streaming (beyond an inferior picture, etc.). My 1980s and '90s laserdiscs still work. I even transferred my VHS home movies and commercial movies that weren't released yet on DVD or BD to digital using a Firewire device, time base corrector and pro deck VCR. Streaming titles are encrypted so good luck with that if the service shuts down even if they did let you download a copy. VLC won't play them. Nothing like investing thousands in movies to watch them evaporate some day. Upgrading anything beyond 1080p isn't really necessary to enjoy them, even on a 100" screen at 8 feet away so it's not like VHS or laserdisc where the HD versions are so much better you'd almost feel the need to buy them again.

If you’re not in the UK you can download it for free. Paying a guy to burn it on blank disc is hillarious. The encryption worked well with Fallout didn’t it?

That's not the point. Seriously.

This guy could be a source for Bumblebee, Ferdinand, HT3, and more. I mean, eBay doesn't care about fakes, they won't suspend him for one or two reports, but a low feedback score could hurt his desire to do this service. A service which the movie studio has DECLINED PURPOSEFULLY TO DO.

Sure, get yourself banned from your ISP or sued by the studios for torrents. Great solution. If you buy a fake knockoff and know it, you just got ripped off and can take legal action if need be. You're the victim not the perpetrator. Yes, that's just hilarious.

Would like the 3D of this and hotel Transylvania 3 and since these titles are not being offered to us by the studios it's not like bootleg copies which obviously supports criminal elements.

He is taking advantage of a situation which is not a big deal. So it comes down to picture quality and price and though illegal, can be looked at as a little civil disobedience instead.

I notice he is now placing these up for bid rather than offering a buy it now price. So he must be doing well.

Wrinkle in Time should be on the list as well, it was reported as VOD too.

Hi doc

If he can, then I'll do my civil disobedience. Want HT3 very much. As long as they ain't garbage but the best under the circumstances.

He's also selling preorders of Ralph Breaks the internet 3D all region so that has to be bootlegged from the Japanese release.

Should I ask him about Nutcracker and the Four Realms? Is that 3D anywhere?
