US disc has average bitrate of 28.71 so definitely not the same encode. And yes unless I got some defective batch disc, the local Transmission disc definitely had black crush.

Bdinfo gives you average bitrate so 27932 is the average (roughly 27.27 MBPS when you divide by 1024).
