Phase 1 was the Tesseract briefcase, Phase 2 was the Power Stone orb. I know conventional wisdom probably says Phase 3 will be Infinity Gauntlet, but I think it'd be nicer if they did something with

Sooooo excited for this release, hopefully Disney get the sound right on the blu-ray (Atmos and plenty of volume and dynamic range). This coming weekend I will be on my 3rd viewing of this movie and I can't wait.

Not sure if this question has been asked or answered - so I apologize. Why in the world would you shoot in 6K and master in 2K? I am tempted to cancel my BB steelbook order for that very reason.

That is a good point, I should. I enjoyed the movie too much though. I'd just like to see it mastered in its highest possible grade. If they are too lazy to master in 4K, why shoot in 6K as it adds no value?

Just got the BB steel locked in using a $25 reward cert that was expiring this Friday. For around $15 out of pocket I can't complain.

Your premises need some revision:

1. They are not "too lazy" to master in 4K.

2. Shooting in 6K does not add "no value".

1. If they weren't too lazy, they would have done so.

2. Basic logic dictates that you are losing 4K worth of scan, as you are 6K-4K=2K

6K downscaled is better than shooting at native resolution (of compositing). More detail and control in the eyes of the filmmakers.

I'm not sure if I've seen a film in Dolby Cinema, though I have in IMAX/4DX/RPX. Let me know if you can tell a difference.

I'm going tomorrow!

I used Redbox for the very first time yesterday and finally saw Ant-Man for the first time. Still deciding if I want to cram in Ant Man and the Wasp tonight before seeing Endgame tomorrow, but I don't want to overdo it. That's the only one I haven't seen yet.
