I just looked at screen caps on DVDBeaver and see what you mean about the darkness and blue tint of the Kino disc.

The screen captures only hint at the difference. I wish I had bought the e.m.s. DVD first and spared myself the expense of the other editions. Also, I should emphasize, the PAL speed-up is noticeable but only slightly, and not severe as it can be on region 1 players. So on every level the e.m.s. DVD is the one to get. It's out of print and pricey but worth it. |
