Live Gold Issue - Blu-ray Forum

Hi - I have royally messed up my Xbox Live Gold. When I bought my One S on the Prime Day sale, I set up the wrong account and redeemed a Gold membership on that account. I want to delete that account and transfer the Gold membership to my new address. Is there any way I can do this?

Nope irrc you can transfer Gold that way. The best thing to do add that account to your Xbox and set the Xbox as the Home Console to be able to share the Gold.

I think you have to open a support ticket with MS to do that.

If you want to delete that account, then remember your all games, gamerscore will be deleted. So be careful while deleting your account. If there is an option of saving these things than surely do that and also you can get useful references from an authorized store's customer service.

seems you can first login the account with gold member ,then change it to the other account,it will have the gold member benfits too I think
