Myself, I wouldn't say that it sucked, but I think it could've been better.
It's kicking butt at the box office, so you and I may be in the minority on the not liking it.

My speaker install hit a brick wall. I had to order a wire adapter and am hoping it gets here before I leave next week. The tweeter protrudes a bit so I'm gonna have to trim a small amount of the cover away. That'll be well worth having better sound.

No, I stopped at the trim part of it.
I'm certain I'll be trading the truck next year and should make sure I have two more speaker covers before I cut the ones on it now. I'll have to find the part number then go to the dealer parts counter. Before I trade the truck, I can re-install the original speakers and the covers.
Once I know I can get those covers, I'll resume the install.

OT, just the usual... coffee, news and surfing.

i love mine. the only thing i wish it had that it doesn't is 4-wheel drive. my next truck will most likely have that. and, hopefully, will be a 3/4-ton instead of a 1/2-ton.

Sitting here taking a break, which is unusual for me. But this account doesn’t have as much to do today. Kind of wish my partner would speed his ass up and wrap up the dental reset. All he had to do was toothbrush and mouthwash pegs. Going to try and do a side project once I’m done over in the pasta and spaghetti aisle. Hope everyone is doing well

A old Bro of mine had a '79 XLT with a 460 and the truck was awesome!

I just got an email that the adapter I need has shipped. My speaker install will resume on Thursday, or Friday at the latest.

I'd love to do something like that, actually I'd prefer late 40s-early 50s F100 myself but actually any old car restoration would be nice TBH. It came It came!!! It's finally here!!!

The only co-worker I actually like was squinting in the dark the other day doing really fine work on a mold for manufacturing when I suggested...oh...I don't know...A LAMP. And she told me that her toolbox VP wouldn't spring for a lamp.

Well...my toolbox VP would, so I put it on our budget and it arrived today!!!

Her shiny new lamp.

Also...FIGHTING WITH MY FAMILY!!!!

My 4K of Alien came in yesterday and I started it last night, but fell asleep. I'm hoping to finish it this morning before I start my day.

Trying to digest a banana. Was up all night/day trotting back and forth to the bathroom, if I wasn't sitting on the porcelain throne I had my head inside it and my head was splitting in between. I hate feeling this way.
