I'm not sure it's just the 2 French words that are a problem for some. Alita on the cover twice is the bigger problem.

Still hoping it will just be a removable sticker.

For those who are passing this up, this is a WWA SteelBook so there are many countries around the world that you can import this from that will just have the English title.

If you're going to go the trouble to import, might as well grab the better looking steelbooks (the pink cover). The Best Buy Canada edition is that hand with a blank black/back cover. It's a wasted opportunity. That being said, I ordered the Canadian steelbook from Best Buy. If the name ALITA is on the front twice I'm returning my copies as well.

I'm guessing you mean Best Buy USA. Best Buy Canada doesn't offer in store pick-up on pre-orders as far as I know.

Best Buy doesn't charge until they dispatch.

Best Buy Canada did at one time offer pre-order in-store pickups, but it was at least 6 or more years ago. I think the service was phased out, I haven't seen any sign of it in a while.

There is only a single title on the front and the spine of the SteelBook. There isn't any french on the actual SteelBook at all.

That's as expected. Very rarely, if ever, do they ever make a special SteelBook for Canada vs. the US.
