My movies App Bugged?

I shared my login with my dad so we don't buy any duplicates, but even after uninstalling and reinstalling, our totals do not add up. The Blu Rays do, but the DVDs are so off. I have 100+ more in my app that. In his, but some of his aren't registered as owned in my app. I emailed the app creators but no response. Wondering if anyone here has had the same issue or knows what to do.
