There was a truly scary shocking moment for me...

when the women who announced Meryle Streep came on screen

Least Surprising:

Slumdog {the Oscars pet project for this year} winning the majority of the awards for the categories they were nominated in.

Most: A movie very few of us had the option to watch walking away with a truckload of awards.

Other Most: Wolverine doing a great job w/ the hosting duties

Least: Heath winning. Had he lived he would have deserved that award. That he got it while dead was no surprise.

HAHA i noticed that after an hour! I was wondering what the hell the 8 was then i noticed . I pretty much agree with the OP, i thought Rourke or Langella was taking the oscar home.

most shocking moment.. every time they showed Mickey Rourke on camera the dude don't look real good and always looks stoned to me. He was visibly shaking for some reason.

surprising moment - Penn winning for Milk. (i am glad he did though)

Least surprising moment..yeah you guessed it... how the Oscars always run over time.

Yay! Go Slumdog Millionaire.
