I'm surprised more aren't interested in this.

Mine came today, looking forward to it. I've been pretty patient, I had dual hype for this and Ash Vs Evil Dead. Of course, more for Ash vs.

Is my head going to explode from it's awesomeness?

Maybe they'll have better luck selling this to regular shoppers blind buying, since it's martial arts stuff. Pretty cover, dude looks ready to chop someone up, AND they didn't put "season one" anywhere on the cover.

I would take the chance. I'm pretty sure this show won't be very long, anyway. I think the next season is going to be 4 episodes?

I'm pretty sure S2 will be 10 episodes. That's what they announced when they renewed it, unless that's changed and I missed it. I really enjoyed the first season, it has a lot of potential.

You are correct, I guess I brainfarted and took four extra hours into whatever nonsense I spewed above. Saw the renewal announcement, states it's gonna be ten episodes. Bah, sorry.

My copy came in this week. I don't know if it's head-exploding-awesome, but the fight scenes are really great. Narrative is eh. I enjoyed the show and will be tuning in next year for the next season though.

Yeah, I can't speak for Turn but we're never getting H&CF on BD again. It's ratings are very, very low. I'm not getting my hopes up for a complete series set after S4 next year either.

I didn't notice this until you pointed it out, but you're right. Nowhere on this case is the word "season" mentioned. Interesting. I wonder if they finalized art before renewal? Or just left it off because they knew S2 won't be getting BD release

Default Wow!

I watched to the first 2 episodes and I cannot recall ever seeing worse acting or writing on a show. I can't believe AMC, who have brought 2 of my favorite shows, Breaking Bad and Walking Dead, as well as Preacher, would give the green light to this show. The fights were amazing but I could not stomach another minute of the acting of the kid who played MK, and everyone else was pretty bad as well. I sold it and will never return to this show.

Buyer Beware!

The kid was bad but everyone else is fine. There's nothing like this show on television right now, which is why I believe AMC is bringing it to the small screen, it's unique. No other network has the balls to put out a show like this and I applaud them for it.

I wish NECA would get the license to make 7" window boxed figures of the characters. The Widow, Sunny, MK, Tilda would all look amazing with their gorgeous outfits. I've asked NECA on Facebook a few months ago and they said they had no plans to acquire that license. Bummer.
I just messaged them again about it requesting they please consider it.
Maybe one day.
