Ordered it through Fishpond - an Australian website. Actually saved a few dollars.
The same Australian production company behind The Guillotines, Icon films?, put out region free, English subbed 3-D titles Hara Kiri, Tai Chi Zero and Tai Chi Hero. Well worth getting. Unless you already have the Hong Kong/Japanese releases of course....

Hi jchung,

Got them all. Hong Kong releases. Love the Martial arts fantasy stories and in 3D, though Hara Kiri was more of a drama.

Secret Life of the Rainforest 3D

Title as is presented - via on-screen-beginning-Film-credit:

(Made German cover with English Title credit over German script)

Secret Life of the Rainforest 3D front & spine.jpg

Rainforests cover only six percent of the earth's surface, but they harbor nearly half of all plants and animals. The tropical rainforests with their emerald tree canopies teem with life. How rainforests can feed that many diverse species has always been one of nature's great secrets.

The solution could be hidden on a small tree-lined island in the middle of the Panama Canal. Each year dedicated scientists from the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute come to Barro Colorado Island to unlock the intriguing puzzles of nature, filmed in Real 3D.

I picked up Stalingrad 3D yesterday. The trailer for the movie looks awesome. Looking forward to watching it this weekend.

Hi Paul,

I have the 3D Media "Yellowstone America's Greatest Wonder" which is all region. Am sure you will enjoy this one too.

If you haven't been to Yellowstone, you will be in for a treat. Mary Jane and I have been there and the only way to see it at home is 3D. Nothing else comes close.

Picked this up in a bargin bin for $4.99 CDN today. No 3D logo on the front or spine, but right in the middle of the back it says there's a 3D Blu Ray inside. Never knew about this so I took a shot. Hopefully the 3D doesn't suck

Watched Ant Man and the Wasp. Typical fun action hero stuff, but all well done, fun, and I thought the 3D was really good.

I hear most say antman and the wasp is one of the worst. Me and thewife had to turn it off almost halfway through as it was boring us to death. Though wewerent watching the 3d version. I still need to order one.

Default This is it?

Just got another couple dozen. Mostly from amazon.de taking advantage of the 5 for 3 deal. Mostly 3-D except for a couple 2-D titles to complete a series that had a 3-D title. And mostly filler titles cause they were cheap.

As I was labeling/cataloging them this time, I was feeling a little despondent. Just looking at the titles, it seems like I'm starting to hit the dregs. Not to say that there may not be a good 3-D title among them, but all the low hanging, high quality, major studio releases have all been bought. Newer ones are merely dribbling out. I got all excited over Lego 2 and Ralph Wrecks the Internet from Japan, and am grateful for Alita and a few more upcoming Marvel titles. Then I got hooked reading some threads back from 2014....wow, those were exciting times with great movies coming out every day.

Now, back to our regularly scheduled program, the slow fade of the 3-D / physical media format. Please, someone cheer me up.

We just watched "Jerusalem". Not a traveloug as it is a documentary about the three religions and their historical ties to the city. Nothing political except a hope for unity at the end.

Saw this on our 3D video wizard in the den. An anaglyphic device which converts standard HD monitors into 3D, it was more than sufficient to capture the depth and details of this disc.

I try to never listen to what others say about things much. I like to form my own opinions based solely on what I see. I don't like watching a film with someone else's words ringing in my ears about what they did or didn't like. I find that I spend my time seeing if I agree with them or not instead of being immersed in the film. For me, being immersed in the movie is the goal.

Well... all of these superhero films are somewhat formulaic. That makes them somewhat predictable. However, I thought all the actors and actresses put in good performances, and I enjoyed some of the dialogue as well. I think of these things a "B" movies with big budgets, and I enjoy them for what they are. No idea what it might be like in 2D, but it wouldn't be as good, in my humble opinion.

Definitely some gems in there! Spiderverse is pretty awesome. I just got Warrior's Gate and Ghoul as well. Heard good things about both.

Yeah, I watched it in 3D and I was bored also. The 3D was better than the film but not reference quality to my eyes. The lack of proper pop outs was a disappointment also.

I enjoy Marvel films but Antman and the Thor films were the exceptions to me.

3D is great but yes I agree, the movie was very tedious.
