agreed. got several confirmations about The Warriors & it looks like The Conjuring that was supposed to be out today as well has the same fate.

The Warriors cancellation emails were done in error and The Conjuring shipped today.

No no no no no no no! Well over a decade of the same, EVEN IN ITS DAY, INADEQUATE Blu-ray is not acceptable any longer for me. This deserved a proper high res scan years ago, lest we even forget the flipping ever present Mpeg-2 malarkey. I love gorgeous steels as much as anyone, but this film deserves waaay better than just another reprint of a never acceptable in the first place Blu-ray.

I love the look of this steelbook and love the movie. A better transfer will come eventually and I'll just switch out the discs

I missed out on the Zavvi, so I’m glad I’m getting a second chance. Like others have said, I just hope it actually releases.

They have one email glitch and everyone panics. They have released every single steelbook that they have put on their site so far, probably a safe bet that they will release this one too.

came to this thread first then i saw the comments in the other thread about the errors & someone saying they got an email about their Conjuring being shipped. didnt care enough to come back & edit lol

first time i ordered something from their site. was disappointed & was just wondering why it was taking so long to get an email about anything like shipping. wouldnt say it was a panic. more like that sucks but got some money back lol

Wow, that's a nice looking steel. Sleepy Hollow's long been one of my favorite atmospheric guilty pleasures. If only FYE's site let me order from them; no matter how I check out, whether as a guest or with my account, it says my billing address isn't valid, and customer service can't seem to find out why. Works on every other site.

Wasn't the Zavvi SteelBook with this artwork abruptly cancelled? IIRC, only a few of them wound up in Collectors' hands, leaving a lot of disappointed folks out in the cold.
