Got one right here, amigo; i've got a Samsung MU7070 55" that has been upgraded to feature HDR10+, and the Panasonic DP-UB820 player. The screen doesn't do Dolby Vision, but i've no concerns there...

Guess they didn't want to pay the licensing cost (and YES there IS a licensing cost).

Also hopes that puts to bed people thinking "IMAX Enhanced" requires it. It does not.

Warners literally said in their first puff piece on HDR10+ that they'd already done like a hundred titles, but people assume that to mean they're talking about new titles...they're not. They've simply run several of their EXISTING HDR catalogue thru the 10Plus-O-Matic and as such they're not going to be re-released on disc just for that. Maybe you'll get them on streaming via the Warners service that's coming soon?

At least not until more HDR10+ titles come out they won't take the risk of putting out a huge swath of an unproven HDR on disc. Time will tell.

Whereas putting it on streaming it's free. There is no downside.
