Sensio 3-D DVDs - is there any chance we will see these on 3D Blu-ray?

The problem of using even legitimate Sensio DVD's to convert to 3D Blu-ray is you start with the very low resolution of 240 by 720 and end up having a very large up conversion to 1080 by 1920. That's a factor of 12X which would result in a very poor image.
