Mine is still there from the 2012 date added.

No longer in my MA account either. I wonder what happened since everyone else still has it.

At first I was angry but then I thought about it. If I buy a 10th anniversary Blu-ray of a movie and then 20 years later a 30th anniversary edition comes out with tons of new extras and documentaries and extra footage, I couldn't just waltz into a Best Buy and demand that I get the 30th anniversary for free because I originally purchased the movie 20 years ago.

The same thing kinda goes for iTunes purchases I guess (not that I agree with it or like it). If I buy a movie 10 years ago and a studio takes the time and money to make several new documentaries and retrospectives, does that mean the millions who already bought a movie a decade earlier get entitled to new extras for life?

No offense, but to be honest, if this is limited to you, more than likely and until proven otherwise, you either never had it or you are not looking correctly.
Are you sure you aren’t thinking of one of the other Disney classics like Sleeping Beauty or Snow White or the live action version?

I checked 3 accounts and all still have it.

Another thing to do is go to you MA account and click on Transaction Report on the right corner under your account and search.

Finally, go to your iTunes account and check your purchases history to see if you bought or redeemed the movie via code from DVD/Bluray/4K.

That would be the last option for you.

I save every purchase through iTunes in my email folder. Even the ones that I redeem from a digital code shows up in their Apple email receipts. That’s how I know when I’ve bought the movie and makes it quicker to find through a simple search

In addition, you may also try to redeem the code in iTunes again. If you no longer have the paper slip and you have a DMR account you may look at your points history to find the code. I did the same not long ago. It was a disc/xml redemption for Peter Pan.

Some very nice points made, Kendro.

My thoughts are when it comes to the digital era that is still “relatively new” compared to the history of home viewing (VHS, Laserdisk, DVD, Bluray, etc...).
This doesn’t look like a anniversary edition like Beauty and the Best had their 25th anniversary last year or before. This seems to be a 4K physical release and appears to be the same exact version I bought a couple years ago. If I can remember when I get home to compare iTunes Extras. They had re-released it when the live action one in 2015 came out. Since this isn’t appearing to be a special edition that I can see, what’s changed from the version 3-4 years ago?

I’m not looking to fight. I have a digital version in my library. I mostly bought it for my daughter. I, myself, really don’t plan on watching again unless I have grandchildren.

But... this is Disney. They are notorious for their constant double/triple/quadruple dipping for their movies. It’s one of the main things keeping that company thriving IMO (haha). Only recently doubled dipped for the 4K versions of the MCUs of Captain America series and the earlier Avengers. Didn’t like seeing the extras removed from the Paramount Captain America version when the newest came out. Same thing for my Beauty and the Beast I bought years ago. When the 25th anniversary came out, the extras were removed from the older BatB edition (at least for me it did).

Oh don't get me wrong, I don't condone it. I'm merely trying to convince myself so if I eventually double dip on a Marvel 4K or Disney re-issue from my OCD, I won't be too bummed out.

I was on my Best Buy app and noticed that I have a 'member only' offer for 15% off the same physical $50 iTunes card that is on sale. $42.50 vs $45.00. I tried to see if it would work for an email delivery, but no luck.

So YMMV on what special offers, if any, you have if you're a rewards member. But wanted to mention since I stumbled upon it by accident.

I think I remember my version getting stripped and then out of nowhere it upgraded to the new version. All of the Disney reissues even though it wants me to buy the new version have changed the old version into new with extras with the exception of the Little Mermaid. That old copy doesn't have the new extras but even Cinderella has switched over to include the new extras. And of course the only way to find it is to browse your library. Searching will only come up with the new version for 19.99. But I previewed the extras screen on the new version and opened my version...identical. I remember that happened with Lady and the Tramp and Peter Pan as well. Now why won't The Little Mermaid do the same?

If you like the way he delivers his lines in Deadpool, and you've ever worked in the service industry -- I highly recommend "Waiting," which comes with iTunes extras -- as does "Van Wilder." Luis Guzman should join X-Force, based on his hilarious role in "Waiting" alone.

(Sidenote: Since they are both Lionsgate, neither film is MA compatible. Van Wilder is 4K however.)

Screw it. Buy "Waiting" for the extra "The Fight." It's worth the $5.99 alone.

My Peter Pan, and Little Mermaid, oh and now Cinderella too are all like that.
I had to get another copy of Peter Pan. it stinks because if the kids ask Siri for it on the Apple TV it won't find the version we "own" it'll only show the NEW one to purchase.

They have to manually search and scroll through the long list of movies. it just isn't an easy thing. IF they want a new version, they should at least show the version one has already purchased...not sure if they could show both/all versions to everyone and have a "NOT AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE" on the old copies if you haven't purchased the movie, or just show to users who own the movies and allow it to play.

The cloud that doesn't easily find the movies you own, stinks

Might have to see if we can get something along the lines of “Siri, search for Peter Pan in my library”

At the top of the page, in the blue banner section, choose "Movies".
Then in search section type the name of the movie you want to add , in this case House.

After you press search, you may have to scroll down the page to find the exact title you're looking for.
When you find it , click the poster art.
It should take you to this page :

https://www.blu-ray.com/House/155742/

On this page, you will see in very small writing "Create"
with multiple choices such as iTunes, Vudu, Blu-ray etc.
Choose iTunes.
It will take you to an editable page where you fill in as much info about the particular title as you can.

Most important, is to first go to iTunes , find House and right click on the poster art and copy the iTunes ID number. You will need to enter that.

When you are done filling out stuff choose submit.

Hope this helps, somewhat ,
