He used to talk all the time about green screen PIP special features and I think like most HD-DVD owners he thought the special features were going to turn the tides.

For me persoanally.. unless it's a good set of outakes I could care less about special features. I've only ever watched the commentary on 2 movies: Goonies and Napoleon Dynamite. I used to think the behind the scenes stuff was cool for Pixar films but now it's like moon landings; The magic is gone.

BD is the future. Imagine an entire season of a TV show on one 200gb 8 layer disc. Capacity is everything these days. HD-DVD just doesn't go far enough.
A lot of HD DVD supporter are now quiet. I did a search on google on HD DVD and Blu-ray. Almost none arguing about BD.

The XBOX forum, which mostly supporter of HD DVD, some of them apparently recognise that BD is superior, while some of them are in denial (i.e. most of my movies come from universal, and paramount, so I don't care about BD. BD just have PoTC, and spidey)....
Sign of losing.
