This makes me so excited! I can't wait to have this, and I'm even more excited for the eventual Beauty and the Beast release. For me releasing Aladdin definitely confirms a release for Beauty and the Beast as well. I really hope they use the superior DCP master.

Did they censor more than the Arabian Nights song? The only other remotely controversial thing I can think of in the movie is the use of "Allah" rather than "God".

This should be similar in quality to the 4K release of Lion King since this is a C.A.P.S. title animated ~2K resolution. If following the patterns of the current releases this release will be at a 1.78:1 ratio, just like Lion King '94's UHD with updated copyright titles at the end and the updated Disney logo at the beginning and ending with a new Atmos mix.

Aladdin '92 has been presented in several different aspect ratios on home video...1.66:1 aspect ratio on some streaming services/laserdisc/DVD and 1.85:1 (Blu-ray) and has had elements changed/refurbished in preparation for cancelled IMAX and 3D Versions as well.

One thing is absolutely certain - as usual, Arabian Nights will be presented with the same lyrics that have been on every home video release.

Here's a snippet to answer your question - it comes from a older review at DVDDizzy.com (formerly Ultimate Disney.)

"As they did with the cryptic dust in the sky of The Lion King, Disney has edited the soundtrack in a supposedly controversial part of Aladdin. When on Jasmine's balcony, Aladdin supposedly told someone (perhaps virtuous adolescents) to "take off (their) clothes." Surely such a claim is silly, but when Disney goes and edits the original film, the rumor looks legit. The urban legend of Aladdin's naughty advice is even addressed
and refuted by the directors in their audio commentary. Nonetheless, now Aladdin's audio has been edited to include a tiny blank spot where the line was, and the only words clearly uttered are "Down, kitty."

A change implemented to the film for its first home video release remains intact here as well. In the opening song "Arabian Nights", a few lines of the lyrics were changed to "Where it's flat and immense, and the heat is intense." The original lyrics, "Where they cut off your ear, if they don't like your face" have not been heard in the film since its original theatrical release."

Nice. Was wondering why they bothered releasing The Lion King on 4K so far ahead of the remake's theatrical release date, but did nothing for Aladdin. Almost thought Disney was gonna skip a 4K release of this one. Kinda also bothered that they missed fairly obvious opportunities to release Mary Poppins and Cinderella on 4K. Seemed like no-brainers marketing-wise.
