Wow when I first read the thread title, I thought it said SINGS. I'm like why the hell would I want to hear Samuel L sing in Iron Man?

So that is a total of 10 flicks. I dont know if that is a great idea. I mean signing on for 10 movies without a script, they have a chance at being terrible.

That's 5 right there.

If only a few of those have a sequel {likely Avengers} that'll easily cover 9 movies.

But... think of it another way, how cool would a Nick Fury Agent of SHIELD movie be?

Logan
I'm still wondering why there's not more talk of Ant Man. Any way, Marvel's second tier of 4 movies will include Dr Strange and probably Iron Man 3. There's been rumors of others, but they've talked about announcing 4 at a time for now. Not sure if they'll do a sequel to The Avengers (depends on it's take of course).

There's been talk of Namor, a Hulk 3 (or 2 however you want to look at it), and a War Machine spin off. Then there's also potential sequels to Cap America, and Thor. This is gonna be a fun few years at the cinema.

i want Avengers to be a one shot thing
because if u make it amazing once, ur chances are 1 in a million that the second one would be good

i liked the idea they through out of a Venom movie
they even mentioned making it kind of a horror movie showing the monster that the symbiote really is

i also want a Hulk 2 its my second favorite superhero movie (beside tdk)

Remember that the Venom movie that has been talked about would be a Sony Pictures property not Marvel Studios since Sony owns pretty much all things Spider-man.

I pretty much agree with 1 Avengers movie. Who knows though.

yea, thats true about sony owning it
i cant remember if it was them that said the thing about venom being a 'horror' movie

but i think it would work

we have superheros as action/adventure/etc movies
a horror one would be kind of cool

I don't think he'd be involved in the Dr. Strange movie... maybe as a cameo but I don't see why they'd waste one of the 9 on Dr. Strange.

It's going to be an awesome few years of cinema, and that's likely why the contract negotiations took so long, Marvel is saying "if you sign on now, you'd be signing on for a few movies so consider that, and this large sum of cash"

Funniest thing is, Marvel is making a movie studio based around their comics, not a movie studio owning the comics, and they're making money hand over fist doing it to.

I have to agree with Dr Strange. Not sure how or if they'll tie him into the rest of the Universe.

They've been very smart about the way they've gone about things for sure. It's interesting that The Hulk has been top 10 sales since last summers movie (never used to get that high on the charts). So they seem to be taking advantage of both sides of the coin.

Well, he's had a few encounters with Spider-man from what I can remember.

Personally? I think they should just make an Iron Fist movie. No wait, scratch that, tell them not to, I'm not ready to direct it yet.

I want Marvel to do World War Hulk after they establish all the characters... but the only way they could do that is if they do Civil War first {Cap not being there anymore}
