Good haul. Does Nic Cage have some kind of deal with BL so that they'll carry his films?! LOL.

BL: Port of Call New Orleans is a fantastic movie. Though not as iconic as the first one with Harvey Keitel, this is still a solid film - with no connection to the original. I like the post-Katrina New Orleans setting.

Honeymoon in Vegas: Didn't even know this was on Blu. Hilarious film! One of my favorite scenes is when Cage has that argument with the airport employee - very funny.

Joy: Great J. Law film about the true rise of an enterprising businesswoman - very well-done & interesting.

Secret in Their Eyes: Haven't seen this yet, but it's gotten some solid critical acclaim & praise since it's release - so, I may check this out.

Stopped by Big Lots and it looks like they have restocked some titles. Found one of the Alien Anthology set, three copies of the POTA Legacy Collection; however they were the DVD set not the Blu-Ray set, a Zoolander Blue Steelbook Gift Set with Headband, looks like it was a Wal-Mart exclusive and A Big Crosby Screen Legend DVD Collection.

Three individual codes in each of these sets?

If so I’d get them primarily for the codes.

I think I’m missing a physical copy of Tokyo Drift and then also whatever FF6 is so they’d be a little useful from the physical media standpoint as well.

I went by today and saw those (but only one copy of each) and one copy of Selma. On DVD, they had several Jackie Chan films: Iron Protector, Kung Fu Yoga, and Railroad Tigers.

They also had more copies of the Alien Anthology and the Planet of the Apes Classic Collection set. Also more of the Marilyn Monroe movies

Another item I saw that I may look more closely at this weekend is Death Race 2050 (DVD which lists having a Vudu code -- anyone know if this still works?).

If it's a VUDU code as opposed to a UV or MA code, it almost surely won't still work.

Yeah, I couldn't tell for sure. It looked similar to the sticker on 300: Rise of an Empire (which does work) as I recall, but I was looking through the DVDs fairly quickly and didn't pay close enough attention.

Mine was without digital codes. It appears to be the 2013 reprint version of the set according to the dates on the spine. I do not recall anyone here reporting any digital codes in their Big Lots Alien Anthology purchases.
