You bought the SE set or DE? Pretty sure Sweden box is the new transfers. Any english subs? Even if I'm swedish I prefer english subs on my movies

The "new" German boxset is now down to 13 EUR.
Is it safe to pick the new set or are there any differences with the old Kinowelt/StudioCanal set (still going for 21 EUR)?

I've just noticed that there is a 2016 Japanese release with the same front cover as the 2011 Germany remastered digipack edition. Since the cover is the same, is it safe to say that the movies are also the same remastered versions like the German edition? Can anybody confirm this? I really want to buy this Japanese edition for the remastered movies, but no reviews can be found yet on this particular edition.

Never mind my question. The German Ultimate Edition is only 16.78Euro (without tax) right now. No need to get the cheaper version.

The Italian set is identical to the German/Spanish sets; remastered discs etc., Rambo III has no English menus and therefore no English subtitles for the Russian parts.

The Italian set you've linked to is a new 2016 repackaging of the original remastered set that was released in 2011, the original set was a DigiPack and this new set is just a 3 disc amaray.

According to these specs, the Australian BluRay has the same encoding as the American release. Only the German has the '1080p 24fps AVC MPEG-4' new transfer:

All the other releases have the '1080p 24fps VC-1' transfer.
