am I right in remembering the Blu in this set is better in the UK than the one in the US set? or is that identical too?

The Blu in the UK is new based on the 4K transfer.

In the US, the Blu is the 2011 blu.

Evil Dead is a horror movie but it is mostly dramatic screens.

I own the 4K Zavvi steelbook and it contains a 1080p copy of the remaster.
