Hello jdw89 Tom here the acting General Manager for Dark Force. We are very pleased you were able to attain a copy of the DEAD PIT Collector's Edition that has been selling out in record times whenever we have it available in the store. And yes the Dark Force shipping is usually extremely fast, however due to the large volume of orders we have been slightly behind. But not to worry as Banana Man would say we are working on it around the clock. We are currently shipping orders in the 3300's and moving very quickly. We thank you and appreciate your patience and understanding. We are one hundred percent sure the new DEAD PIT Collector's Edition will be worth the wait!

Interesting that some people in here haven't gotten their copies yet. I have it on good authority that Dark Force is sending out review copies at the same time as purchased copies... not to us, but to others.

Dark Force and Code Red are on my “Only if it turns up at the used disc store” list due to their basic retail incompetence and lousy attitude toward customers.

Of course, being in Canada, not much chance of that, so I live without.

Hopefully y'all just having some fun, but just in case, please note, those listings are for the old dvd. If you want Blu, you will play their game. Me, I kind of want the Blu, but refuse to play so I'll live happily without.
I'll also sell my first printing dvd for $50 if anyone really just has to have the movie soon. I know it's only $8 or so SA, but I'm seriously under-cutting those amazon prices!

I don't like most of Dark Force's policies but if they have something I really want bad, I'm not going to let personalities stop me from getting what I want. That would be like punishing myself.

Seems like Bill doesn’t have a lot to do with this release, other than you slapping his label and spine number on the box (obviously to drive sales) I’m not sure why he would be handling refunds.

No glory for Bill. Whenever there’s an issue, “you’d better ask Bill”. But whenever something goes smoothly it’s all due to Demons hard work

PS: We posted several screenshots from Breeders over the past months that looked quite great. We did extensive CC on that one. Clip going up of Psycho From Texas probably tomorrow and the color on that one never looked better. Terrible in previous releases.

He also doesn't get that publicly calling ripping off your customers "the ways of dark force" probably isn't a good idea. It's not the first time he's done it.
