They added a couple new things here and there to try to differentiate it, but nothing that set it apart. Lots of the dialogue remains unchanged. It's got an extra 30 minutes of essentially nothing over the original. For a film like this, I expected WAY more from a really creative guy like Favreau. My friend I went with loved it, but he's a Favreau fanatic.
