Default Your choice for worst movie ever

Mine is the US remake of Shutter. The death scenes were tame and one in particular was also incredibly stupid. There was not a single moment in the film that came close to scaring me. I was just bored the whole time.

In an apparent quest to make their movie as generic as possible, they took a ghost story from Thailand, got rid of most of the scary scenes, added bad CGI effects, replaced the death scenes with either mentions that someone died or dumber new scenes, hired the least creepy woman possible to play the ghost, and set it in Japan.

Then they hired a Japanese director (Masayuki Ochai, director of the J-Horror Kansen, which I quite liked), forced him to shoot a PG-13 film (Kansen was a VERY well deserved R), and by the looks of things barely let him do any actual directing.

Yes I have.

And that, too, was a terrible movie. I just found Shutter even worse, for one reason: It's fun to make fun of Meet the Spartans. Shutter only makes me mad.

I'll say it again and again: In The Name Of The King. What a waste of celluloid that was!

Is that one of Uwe Boll's infamous masterpieces?

Meh, I enjoyed In the Name of the King. I found it pretty entertaining, and the production values were good.

I've got to have a dissenting opinion on it. Of course I'm a Statham fan, Matthew Lilliard fan, and loved Sliders, so having Arturo in it was a bonus! It also was a pretty standard dyed in the wool fantasy movie. Conan, Red Sonya, Willow, and movies along those lines were just as bad/good as it was.

That's cool...you guys liked it...that's all that matters...for me, it sucked. I thought the acting was the worst. And I like JS as well. But I turned this puppy off after less than 10 minutes...
