I picture the opening credits featuring "We Care A Lot" by Faith No More to set the mood, and a somber ending with "What Are We Gonna Do?" by Dramarama over the end credits. I picture the ending dealing with the possibly mutant human baby being born that is not fully explored in Prophecy and the dilemma of the mother once giving birth to the monster. "That's not my baby!" she screams and then maternal instincts kick in, pause, fade to black.

I'd title it "It's A Monster Movie!".
