There are some exceptions, but it feels like films which used to be G (like Disney animated movies) are PG now, and films which were PG (like the Star Wars and TMNT movies) are PG-13, despite some of them being pretty tame. The G rating is all but gone, and it’s funny how in the pre PG-13 era, there are some PG movies which would get an R now and G movies that would get PG-13
