OK so I'm using Power DVD 7.4 on my PC and I wanna take a screenshot of a movie, but you know just one screenshot, not COPY THE ENTIRE film like I read on the internet. PowerDVD doesn't allow me to take screenshots

They disabled it because people wrote programs before DeCSS that would simply press the button 30x a second and create a filmstrip file
