The simple truth is that Sony can't afford Feige. I don't believe for one second that he wasn't able to make time for Spider-Man of all Marvel characters. Disney is the greedy one, riiight... it isn't greedy wanting to be compensated for your time and hard work. If greed is at fault here, it is on Sony's side because they want 95% of the profit. Why? Because aside from Jumanji they have nothing as a studio and are struggling. They need all that extra profit they can get. Realistically they'd probably have run themselves into the ground if not for Kevin Feige. But yeah, lets all sit here and trash Disney for wanting fair pay for bringing out Spider-Man's full potential.

I totally agree. People are acting like past movies mean nothing now unless the series they're in goes on forever.

Spider-Man 4 will never happen and I think it would suck just like the rest of them. Only Spider-Man sequels I care about now are in the Spider-Verse.

I understand your point of view but to me it does the exact opposite. Without closure as a whole to Spider-Man's arc in the MCU all of the cameos feel completely misplaced.
As a viewer we could skip over Homecoming and Far From Home. Pretend they aren't there. He's there for all the cameos and it just puts a big hole in the entire picture for me as a viewer.

your not getting Spider-Man 4. Raimi doesn't direct these days and after how badly Sony ****ed him the 3rd than not giving him the extra year he wanted to prepare for the 4th. why would he want to go back.

Nada!

Sony screwed over SM3, and TASM2 wasn't a huge hit to continue the franchise, although the worldwide gross was solid.
