You got to be kidding me, $5 less???? I ordered Endgame and Iron Man 1-3 plus Thor 1-2, if they are all $5 less and in store, thats $30 difference.

Stores didn't get the Cap trilogy steels so I don't think they got these ones either

Only had Endgame SBs at the BB I was at here. They did have the 4K regular editions of the other MCU movies at BB and WM next door.

Avengers Steelbook set came today, outer case was dented to hell, 5 significant dents. Couldn't see dents until I opened it. It's going back unfortunately. Fallback was endgame Steelbook but that has a spine slash. ����

I contacted BB via the online option about the spine-slash yesterday (which I will return to the store since they were surprisingly in-stock).

They replied today. A short 'form-reply' apology, but no explanation, no offer to replace, no offer of discount. Just that email along with 3 different return shipping slip PDFs each in their own email (I did not ask for a return label). Technology is too hard for BB I guess?

Not a deal but just received all the Iron Man and Thor 4k Steelbooks from Best Buy and my copy of THOR looks like someone punted it across the room - warped with the largest dent I've ever seen on a steelbook. The other cases were fine in the box, so it looks like someone at the warehouse packaged this already damaged and didn't give a crap. No replacements available - Guess this and Dark World are going back to the store. Will have to make a trip to Best Buy US and pick them up at a later date. So frustrating. Preordered on day 1, delivered straight up garbage.

Received all my SBs yesterday (drive down to the Canada Post pickup) due to me missing the mail man on Tuesday and all 6 (Endgame / Iron Man 1-3 and Thor 1-2) look sweet, packaging was in a box with bubble air bags,

Curious how bad does the packaging have to be for the people getting dented and cracked SBs? that's just awful.

I received my Thor TDW copy today, and they put the spine on upside down
Anyone know if this is an easy fix or I'm stuck with it like that? Not that it's the worst problem, better than being dented but it is annoying lol.

Wow. Does that make it super rare? Leave it in it’s package and mark that puppy up!! :P

There is a way to fix it. If you haven't done it before, you should practice on a junker SteelBook first, but the spine is just glued on.

You can steam it off and then re-apply the spine the correct way.

There are YouTube videos of people doing this. There are also people who make custom spines and they have instructional videos on how to swap them.
