That's unfortunate, given how many people I know who are looking at that bootleg. If you can get it done before October, I'm still working on them and trying to get them to stick with your release.

Since David's copies are paired with a movie that is so terrible, after I bought it from you, I gave it away, and had trouble finding someone to take it, and given that BBNM will be very expensive, I will stick with my TCM rip for now. If you ever do a digital HD, I'd buy that, given the cost of the original blu. And if you are ever able to get a re-pressing, I'd buy that.

I have this terrible feeling I'm going to end up watching the bootleg at a friend's house, by force, because they'll want me to see that they made the right choice in getting it, when I insisted they should stay loyal and boycott that bootleg. Such is life.

"Dark Force Entertainment:

DARK FORCE DRIVE-IN #7 UPDATE: We QC'd the check disc tonight at Dark Force headquarters and THE LONERS is really awesome. If you are a fan of violent 70's exploitation flicks you'll love THE LONERS. And it's never looked better making the experience that much more enjoyable. Hats off to our top colorist Lance for really killing it on the new high def transfer. Made from one of the only surviving 35mm prints with very minor wear, we got a great result. This movie is much better than we realized...it's definitely a little EASY RIDER meets BONNIE AND CLYDE with some COP KILLERS mixed in there as well. Dean Stockwell is his usual great and this drive-in classic doesn't have a dull moment. DRIVE-IN #7 will be coming your way on Blu-ray in September from DARK FORCE. If you haven't seen THE LONERS...this is the only way to see it and it DELIVERS!"

I hope the second feature, Dragon vs Needles of Death, is in good shape as well. We need more good fu on Blu-Ray.

Store's open.

Code Red:

For anyone with $80 just laying around, they have BBNM paired with Dead Pit special edition. They also have it as part of a $200 bundle. Just a few copies. Two of the drive-in titles are available in their original stand-alone CR blus.

Dark Force:

Unfortunately, the Breeders and Gates of Hell bundle is still $60, with individual Breeders at $30 and GoH at $40.

Fortunately, David confirmed that Drive In #7 and Ator will be coming out in September, most likely MMI as well, so there will be plenty more chances to see good bundles on Drive In #6 and Breeders.

DF are now charging $39.99 plus shipping for Dead Pit. I don’t understand how anyone can defend this label blatantly ripping off customers.

Now Toaster, you have to understand that’s David is human and makes mistakes and I’m sure there’s a reason he increased the price and he’s just trying to help Bananaman pay his bills and this slipcover cost a lot of money to make and David only paid to print one thousand copies and he’s trying to make his money back and we need to be more understanding about how David is new in this business and obviously he cares a lot about his fans and I care for David and Bill Deep down south in the strongest way so just try to be understanding of this.

How else do you expect them to pay for their lawyer fees to go after CMV-Laservision.

It is more likely he is hoping to make enough to offset some of the cost of attorneys. He just got through saying, today, that he plans to sue Diabolik for carrying a title they have declared intent to sell, on top of seeking injunctive relief in Germany, against CMV Laservision, for infringement.

That is the main reason no one I know is buying this time around. I'm tapped out from the leak over the garage, but, if I weren't, I think I'd still be staying out of it for this round. I have no intention of financing a legal attack on a competitor.

Now, if David wants to make it clear he's not going after competing stores, no matter what they decide to sell or not sell, that he's keeping it clean by only going after the infringing company in Germany, I think that would make a lot of people feel better about where their money is going, if they spend it at Dark Force.

Is participating in the building of financing for a legal attack on a competing store, in light of his stated goals of putting Jesse in jail or shutting his store down, really where I want my money to go? No. It really isn't.

I won't help finance hurting people. Yes, I care about supporting Bill and David in their businesses. No, I won't help them seek and destroy other businesses. I'm Pollyanna, for crying in the mud.

Your reason for not depressing a title you have the rights to is that you “can’t find the pressing plant”. Did it get up and walk away? Just say “I’d rather wait until Demon sells my remaining stock for scalper prices, so I can rip you guys off some more. Then I’ll repress it with a slipcover!”

I never got my copies of Gates of Hell/Psycho From Texas and Breeders, which were "out for delivery" on Thursday. There's something going on with the Postal Service because my building hasn't received mail in 2 days. Tracking still says "Awaiting Delivery Scan". Something I ordered from Vinegar Syndrome also missed the delivery target yesterday. I hate the USPS

Same with my copy. Also has a crushed corner. Trying to get a hold of them for a replacement.

Nosferatu obviously isn't my name or the name used when placing the order. I reached out through here, email, and the store with my order number.

Yeah either go buy it from a scalper on eBay or a scalper on the DF store!! DF scalper prices are the best scalper prices!
