I voted for BB, but i enjoy all those movies. In their own sphere, they are great.

We have a man that trained to be a ninja, an alcoholic that built an armored suit, an alien that is nearly indestructible and a kid that got bit by a spider. I'd say 3 out of 4 are badass.

Yep, they are all great. I feel they are the cream of the crop as far as origin movies in the genre. And because they're all great in their own way, I expect this poll to be pretty evenly split amongst the 4.
