I believe that while xml discs redeemed as SD, DVD digital copies redeem as hd. At least the ones I redeemed were HD

Those WERE redeeming HD, but then changed back to redeeming SD about a year into MA. Unless something has changed yet again. Only a handful of codes involved, Iron Man 3, Tigger Movies, maybe a few others.

Anyway, testing on MA should tell you whether SD or HD for those codes (unlike the XML codes, that yes, do only give SD).
