Not to speak for anyone else but for me, it’s always been kind of off-putting because the horrified face doesn’t look quite...human...and yellow is entirely the wrong color to evoke this icy film. I will give it points for its minimalist approach, though.

Nope. I have no idea why these new UHD releases aren’t being offered by A.ca I preordered this release of The Shining at wowhd.ca They didn’t disappoint me with Apocalypse Now TFC so, I didn’t hesitate.

I checked wow and is $51. It has to be released in Canada, the back shows the Canadian rating. It’ll likely be another Batman with a sparse release. Sunrise Records will have it, or I’ll order from Amazon.com.

I really hope the old Warner logo is at the beginning. I've only seen it on VHS with that beautiful logo. It's my favorite.

Unless they restored it just for the 4k release, you're going to be disappointed. The theatrical restoration had the shiny "new" WB logo.
