Mustard AND relish? nah man, one or the other is good enough! I actually prefer a good 'ol "coney" dog (REAL chili[not that hot dog sauce shit], cheese and onions) myself. Now for the most important question, how did you cook the hot dogs? Hint, the only correct answer here is grilled. I can't stand it when i see hot dogs boiled or steamed, hence why I can't ever eat a hot dog from a hot dog cart or from 7-11 or the like.

yep...both. just as little bit of mustard and a bit of relish. you can't overdo it with either...got get it just right.
