- New Year's Evil
- Carrie / The Rage: Carrie II
- Without Warning
- The Howling II: Your Sister's a Werewolf
- The Vincent Price Collection - Vol. II

Also grabbed Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation.

Secured a few of these I didn't have at decent prices. Will probably have to get the 88 Films version of Scarecrows (At least it has an exclusive feature) at some point.

Wound up picking up The Amityville Horror just because I'm a goddmaned completist and I have the VS box coming to me. What the hell am I going to do with Amityville Horror 4 5 and 6 without Amityville Horror 1, 2 and 3?!?

My OCD nature would go mad!

I feel like a lot of these will get re-released from other labels like Arrow or Kino, especially considering there are already UK counterparts to some anyway.

I'd think the same, especially for some of the bigger ones like Amityville and the Vincent Price titles. Wouldn't be surprised if Kino took more of the lower tier, though.

Aaaaand Amityville is gone. Still around through secondary sellers at a reasonable price - but the clock is ticking.

Scorpion Releasing has an MGM deal too, so some could also come from them.

Anyone know when this supposed "Shocktober" sale is? Whats shocking is that they went oop with all this before the sale and now I've spent all my money buying peoples used product on ebay trying to get these oop rather then spending it with scream factory on there sale.

It will probably not be much of a sale. You will not be missing anything.

With the recent rash of MGM titles going OOP, it's a little crazy that both editions of Ninja III will seemingly remain in print.

So I picked up Valentine in the latest amazon sale... for some reason I was thinking it was a 80s slasher but whatever. Turns out; having to remove plastic wrap from the slip and then the blu was the worst part.. Nowhere near a top-tier slasher, it managed to keep me interested and takes the top spot for post-Scream slashers for now

SF sales usually start on Mondays, so probably this upcoming Monday.

Target’s buy 2 get 1 free sale going on now will probably provide better deals. SF’s sales have been weak.

I have most of the titles I really want from Kwyjibo's list. The only one I missed out on is Garbage Pail Kids Only available via 3rd party sellers for big prices now.

Ordered Pumpkinhead just in case. On the fence about Pumpkinhead 2, never seen it.

Fear not on Amityville Trilogy going OOP, there’s the region free Australian set from Via Vision with hidden commentary for Amityville 2 and 3

I checked Shout's site, and Garbage Pail Kids is still available to purchase from them, it isn't sold out yet

You are correct. I was looking at Canadian retailers because $25usd, plus shipping and exchange makes this far too expensive of a buy for me. I liked the movie, it was a fun watch but not for that kind of money.

It just dawned on me that Fox is now owned by Disney and I never bothered to check if the Disney logo is slapped anywhere on Shout's Omen Collection set. Not home right now so can't check and it's going to drive me crazy all day

BTW, with everyone busy worrying about OOP titles nobody's talking about Fright. I'm glad that the film made the jump to HD as it's one of my favorite British thrillers (I hesitate to call it a horror film). I guess it didn't matter who released it since the scan was done by Studiocanal and I'm happy to report that after the opening credit sequence is over the rest of the film looks terrific. It's a great little suspense thriller with a nice, spooky atmosphere. Even if it was a mediocre film, gawking at Susan George in HD would always greatly improve it!

Yep! The Great Owl posted another of his excellent in-depth reviews for Fright a couple pages back. It was promptly buried in the OOP melee, however.
