Also is Beyoncé featured at all in this documentary or just includes the Spirit video? (I saw the list of special features included and see the music video for Spirit is there)

It's just really the live action film, though the animated film is brought up a lot. Some of the D23 reel is actually shown. Beyonce is featured in some of the interview scenes.

The best way I can describe the making of documentary is taking the live action segment from the promo and extending it to fifty minutes. It covers the film a lot better than the promo ever did, that's for sure
