Three highly enjoyable films for me.

The only one I was forced to pick up recently was New Years Evil, the weakest of the lot. Once you get past the idea that this seasonal slasher is not going to deliver on expectations, it's an enjoyable ride.

Without Warning is great. What an awesome cast of crusty character actors, with Jack Palance doing his best to make everyone else seem invisible.

Melting Man is simply a schlock classic.

Well done!

So my order of Scarecrows from Bonanza arrived and it's the f*cking Australian Cult Cinema version (even though the front and back cover, UPC and all details matched the Scream Factory edition). Ugh.

I'm not region free and I really don't want to deal with trying to return this and get a refund.

I'll sell for $30 (what I paid + shipping) if any collector wants it. It's got a slipcase, idk how rare that is though...

I'm beginning to think that I should have stuck to my guns and maintained my self-imposed 'ban' on ordering from Shout Factory directly. I was lured into purchasing 3 steelbooks during this latest sale and although I paid for expedited shipping, the order was sent out via Media Mail. I'm actually really pissed. Both at myself, and at Shout. I mean, really guys?

I'll work on getting them added to their own section as they are an interesting footnote, but I won't be incorporating them into the master list as they are inferior products when compared to their regular counterparts and currently aren't for sale or listed on the Scream Factory page.
Equal parts lack of information and lack of interest. As far as I'm aware, they're just stripped down newsstand versions of normal Scream Factory releases. Scream Factory doesn't advertise them on their website or in their social media, there are no pro mockup images of them to upload to the database and there's not much discussion about them. I have no idea if all of them have been added to the site's database.

I'd love to see a Collector's Edition of I Know What You Did Last Summer now that Scream Factory is working with Sony. Maybe even a box set of all three?

No box set. I don't want to be stuck with the third one, which I'll never watch. I only care about the first two films.

That's kinda why I'd prefer a box set. I wouldn't want to pay $20 for it alone, but I'm a completionist.

I would love to see Scream Factory get it and so I never seen 3rd one yet and so I have with Mill Creek Triple Feature Blu-ray of Queens of Scream with When a Stranger Calls and Vacancy. So that would be awesome.

Without a new transfer (not likely from the Scream Factory / Sony partnership) of the first film, there's just not much double dip potential for me. I don't see myself watching the sequels ever again.

Same here. I might buy 1 & 2 depending on extras but I don’t want to be forced into owning 3. Luckily I’m not one that needs to own every movie in a horror franchise so I’m fine with just 1 & 2.

Not so much to rush out and buy it during all these other Halloween sales mind you, but it was suddenly on my radar. I may one day look for the 88 Films edition but it's not a huge priority right now.

Garbage Pail Kids and Scarecrows are a bit of a different story. Scarecrows has been on my "to buy" list for years now but it just never moved beyond that. Part of that was due to the generally medicore comments I had seen up until recently, but also because I never saw a steal of a price point on it to push me into impulsively buying it. The $14.99 - $17.99 price was more than fair but not enough to make me impulsively snag it and so without the positive discussion about it I just sort of let it linger. Garbage Pail kids on the other hand I had been waiting for a $17.99 price on and it just never got there. It was a title I was interested in but just couldn't bring myself to pay more than that price on.

I'm not tore up about missing on any of these, but it is unfortunate. I remain hopeful that I will eventually one day stumble across a fair priced used copy.

They have Garbage Pail Kids for sale at Best Buy right now

My riveting emotional journey to own Scarecrows has taken yet another turn. I decided to throw the disc into my PS4 and see if it would work, and sure enough (despite being Region B locked to my knowledge) it played!

Think I might keep it because I don't see the Scream Factory version landing in my lap any time soon. If another label re-releases it in a year or two (Kino or Arrow), I'll also feel better about not paying $69 for the OOP Scream release.

Wow—honestly a bit surprised at how many titles have gone OOP this week—especially surprised about Sleepaway Camp II & III, as I'd have figured those would be good sellers; looks like they're keeping the original in print though? I was in the hospital and not really keeping up on here, but I had no idea. The only ones I slept on that I really wish I would've gotten are the Carrie/Rage: Carrie 2 double feature, and Stigmata.

Happened to me with Invaders from Mars too, only on DeepDiscount. I have put three different titles in my cart this week and had it sell out before I could click "check out." It's crazy.

Invaders from Mars at DeepDiscount. I Know What You Did Last Summer at Family Video. And my first attempt at ordering Disturbing Behavior from Walmart/MovieMars.
