I was with Verizon for 12 years before I left and loved them, the bills just got expensive and in my last state the LTE had gotten really spotty even in massively populated areas that shouldn't have been spotty. Did my road trip to move out of state and had no service 90% of it and that was my final straw because I had been wanting to try T-Mobile and T-Mobile would be cheaper plus their T-Mobile Tuesdays were enticing. Had the WOOOORST service I've ever seen on T-Mobile. Couldn't even make a phone call in a Walmart and wasn't receiving texts at times! I may have had spotty connections with Verizon at times, but I never didn't receive calls or not receive texts.

Long story short, switched to T-Mobile in May and back to Verizon in very early September after I finally got the T-Mobile gift card for switching with Get out of the Red. Never switching back. I pay the exact same amount I did before ($190 a month for 2 lines unlimited basically) but now that amount includes my phone payment for my iPhone XS Max, a cellular line for my new iPad I got when I rejoined, etc. I won't leave again even if it gets expensive. It's one thing to get mediocre service but practically no service isn't worth any money.

Now with this free Disney+ year subscription shortly after rejoining, it certainly reaffirms my decision some more
