True. hate to see those flimsy cases...but I am still buying it.

Why would you want slipcovers if they're in a boxed set? Is a shame to see the discs housed in those extra slim cases.

I was kind of waiting to see a review on these, wasnt sure if I wanted to upgrade my set but I must say from the pics they look awsome

Sad to see that the original Batman with Michael Keaton got a so-so review at best as far as audio, and just a decent one for the video. I know it's 20 years old, but I hoped they could really wow me with it as it was my favorite of the set.

Yes, I'll probably just end up buying only the first two, imported, from J.B. up there - don't want to get those last two in the box-set....lol.

A FREEZE IS COMING! lmao. Ohh man, maybe just for Mr. Freeze's cheesefest though.

Looks like the normal cases to me and that's what the description says as well.

I like slip covers. To me they keep the cases extra protected from dust and whatnot.
